Lynn joined the consultancy in 2017 after almost twenty years in employment relations, including roles where she was employed as a Senior Labour Inspector and an Employment Mediator with the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
Lynn is a qualified mediator with significant experience in all areas of conflict resolution having mediated over 2000 matters. She has mediated the full spectrum of employment and work related issues, including on-going and difficult employment relationship problems, disputes arising out of the interpretation of collective agreements, recovery actions, personal grievances, collective bargaining, human rights matters and issues arising from principal/contractor arrangements. Over recent years Lynn has been involved with a number of high profile disputes and assisted parties in reaching a resolution where the alternative was a significant impact on the individual, the business or the wider community.
Lynn also undertakes independent investigations. She has significant experience with investigations that involve allegations of bullying, harassment and sexual harassment and where allegations have been made against elected officials for breaching the relevant code of conduct. Lynn has also undertaken pulse check reviews to assist leaders to gain insights into the current culture of their organisation from their employee perspectives.
Lynn frequently delivers training and facilitated discussions with groups of all sizes, tailoring workshops to suit the needs of the workplace and participants.
Lynn also leads Three60 Consult’s audit and compliance review team, which supports organisations to confidently meet their minimum entitlement obligations.
As a Business Partner, Madeline assists our client by providing best practice advice and guidance on employment matters and processes.
Madeline’s legal studies has afforded her strong research, writing, analytical and problem solving skills, which she regularly draws upon when speaking to clients and to ensure she provides pragmatic advice.
Since joining the team in 2019, Madeline has gained experience developing individual employment agreements, policies, contract for services (independent contractor agreements) and collective agreements that are tailored to Three60’s client needs and New Zealand legislation. Aided by her eye for detail, Madeline has also been able to utilise these skills by providing HR administrative support to clients.
Madeline also has experience supporting both employer and employee clients with disciplinary, performance management and employment relationship issues. She has also worked closely with clients to help design and deliver change management projects.
Madeline also has experience developing and facilitating webinars / workshops for our clients, on both a small-scale and large scale basis.
Madeline was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in November 2020 (she does not however hold a Practicing Certificate from the Law Society).
Tasneem Begum joined Three60 Consult as an Minimum Entitlements Specialist in 2020. She has over 10 years of enforcement experience of minimum employment standards, including roles as a Senior Labour Inspector with the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
Tasneem has extensive experience and practical knowledge of minimum code issues and application of employment legislation. Over the years Tasneem has lead and been involved in many high profile investigations and has had many successful outcomes in the Employment Relations Authority.
Tasneem is currently involved in Three60 Consult’s audit and compliance review team which supports organisations to confidently meet their minimum entitlement obligations.
Katharine joined Three60 Consult in June 2023 as Senior Associate and Head of Learn. She assists clients with employment matters across HR and people activities, while also being responsible for Three60 Learn, an important offering to develop and enhance client capability in the ever-changing employment relations environment.
Having worked with national, Australasian, and global organisations, and in a variety of industries and workforces, Katharine is a collaborative driver of people, culture, and strategy. She brings strong HR and people experience, with expertise in people change and transformation, including sale, acquisition, and integration activities. Katharine enjoys working to achieve sustainable and successful outcomes, with employment relations being central to this.
In 2021, Katharine was recognised as NZ HR Manager of Year (HRD Awards) – awarded for leadership, communication, strategy, drive, and results. Passionate about delivering business goals and employee experience with commitment and integrity, she strives to develop change-readiness, leadership capability, fit for purpose teams, and transparent and intentional communications.
Katharine is Myers-Briggs (MBTI) and PROSCI Change Management certified, having also worked with other personal development and ways of working tools, models, and HR methodologies. An avid learner, in 2023 Katharine completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business (Massey University) and also Levels 1 and 2 of Te Reo Māori with Te Wānanga O Aotearoa.
