Joining the team in early 2019 with over 20 years’ human resources experience, Adrian has extensive knowledge in both New Zealand and Australia in all areas of employment and industrial relations. Adrian has acted as the advocate in collective bargaining, resolving disputes and grievances in the Employment Relations Authority and Fair Work Commission, mediations, and presented to government working groups and select committees on proposed changes and amendments to employment legislation.
Adrian has a practical and pragmatic approach to assist organisations align their employment relations and business strategy, while developing constructive ongoing relationships. He carefully ensures the links in employment terms and conditions, performance frameworks and how change is managed, drives improved business outcomes.
Having worked in all areas of human resources, Adrian is also accomplished in employment investigations, change management, restructures, remuneration systems, coaching and supporting senior leaders in personal development and implementing organisational change. With accreditation in a number of organisational change and culture assessment, remuneration framework tools – such as Human Synergistics LSI/GSI and Strategic Pay’s SP10 job evaluations, Adrian brings combined HR tools and employment relations experience to benefit our clients.
At Three60 Consult, Adrian is involved in assisting our clients in collective bargaining, dispute resolution and advising on all areas of employment practice.
