Kim provides our clients with practical advice and assistance at each stage of the employment lifecycle from recruitment through to redundancies and termination of employment.
Working closely with our clients allows her to have a thorough understanding of their culture and how they operate on a day to day basis. Kim is available to provide Human Resource support for small to medium businesses who may not have their own HR department but still require someone to provide employment relations skills and expertise.
Kim has been with Three60 Consult since 2016. During her time here she has managed and advised on many change management projects and works with both employer and employee clients during disciplinary and performance management issues. Kim has experience with developing and reviewing policies, contract for services (independent contractor agreement), individual employment agreements and collective agreements, to ensure they comply with legislation and meet the needs of our clients’ businesses. Kim is available to advise on a number of employment relations matters but can also actively assist to ensure our clients meet their obligations as employers.
