Bachelor of Law conjoint with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Media and Sociology from Victoria University of Wellington

Madeline joined the team at the end of 2019 after completing her legal studies in Wellington.

With an eye for detail, Madeline has experience when it comes to assisting clients with their HR administrative needs and diligently completing HR administration tasks. Her ability to quickly pick up on an organisation’s systems and processes has afforded her extensive knowledge when it comes to payroll and onboarding softwares, police vetting processes, and other document administration matters.

At Three60 Consult, Madeline often creates and develops individual employment agreements, policies, contract for services (independent contractor agreements) and collective agreements fit client needs and New Zealand legislation. She also regularly assists Three60’s Senior Associates with developing and actioning change processes, providing best practice advice and in-house Employment Relations support.

Madeline also has experience developing and facilitating webinars / workshops for our clients, on both a small-scale and large scale basis.

Madeline was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in November 2020 (she does not however hold a Practicing Certificate from the Law Society).
