Robyn has gained a diverse set of expertise from her background in operations management, business finance and manufacturing. Having been involved in start-up companies, Robyn has managed and led her own employees which allows her to provide practical guidance for employers.
Robyn is experienced in presenting training and development workshops to a wide range of employers to ensure they have a strong understanding of their employment relations obligations.
Robyn holds a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Management and Human Resources. She is passionate about assisting her clients to make their businesses more productive and profitable.
Collective Bargaining is an area of expertise for Robyn and she can assist with managing the entire process from creating a bargaining strategy, drafting claims, developing collective employment agreements and concluding bargaining.
Robyn is a highly proficient generalist; she assists clients with restructuring, change management, recruitment, performance management, disciplinary processes, training and development, employment agreements, policies and procedures, and health and safety. Robyn has also successfully represented many clients in Mediation and the Employment Relations Authority.
